I have updated bloodwork/labs, how should I send you these?

Click on the "Send Updated Labs & Reports" section above. Here you can drag and drop new labs so it gets attached to your client profile in our system.

I need to set up a follow up appointment - how do I book an appointment?

Click on the "Book a Follow-Up" section above.

When will I receive my DNA results?

Once SelfDecode receives your DNA kit, it takes between 3-6 weeks (usually under 4) for them to analyze your data and create a report. You will receive an email once we get notification that your results have been received.

I have DNA results from a different company, can I still use it?

Yes, as long as your data is from one of the below companies:

• 23AndMe (less than 2 years old)

I already have an account with SelfDecode, can Dr. Panzner review the results?

Yes, if you put on your onboarding form that you have prior data from SelfDecode then you should have received an email with information about how to connect with Dr. Panzner on SelfDecode to share your data.

Can you send my my genetic report from SelfDecode?

SelfDecode provides hundreds of individual reports. Not only can this be overwhelming and confusing, but we can't manually download each report to send to you. We provide a summary of the most important mutations to focus on in our reports.

If you would like to see all of the SelfDecode reports, you can request that we send you your raw data via email ([email protected]). From there, you can go to SelfDecode Website and purchase the "DNA File Analysis". You will then upload that raw data and you will be able to see all of the SelfDecode reports.

How long is the 1:1 consultation with Dr. Panzner?

My DNA Kit is damaged / doesn't have a return label. What should I do?

Send us an email at [email protected] so we can work with SelfDecode to get you a new kit / return label.

I'm not receiving email updates.

Did you at any point "unsubscribe" or reply with "stop"? This will remove you from email notifications. To resubscribe, respond with "start".

I’m feeling worse, what should I do?

If it has been under 3 weeks since your initial consult call, then send an email to [email protected] and Dr. Panzner will provide guidance. If it’s been longer than that, then you can book a follow up appointment by clicking the “Book a Follow Up Appointment” section above.

I can’t find my protocol & recommendations.

Please search your email inbox for “Follow Up Info.” That is the subject line for the email containing your protocol and report.

I can’t find my consult call recording / transcript/ AI summary.

Please search your inbox for “fireflies.” This email will send you to the recording, transcript, and AI-generated key action points.

I was double charged, can you refund me?

Yes, please send us an email at [email protected] and we will investigate whether or not you were double charged. If that is the case, we will gladly issue a refund for the duplicate charge.
