Genetics is the study of genes and how they differ in living things.
Think of DNA like a set of blueprints that tells our cells how to make proteins.
Proteins do many important jobs in our bodies.
Sometimes, there are mistakes in our DNA.
These mistakes are called mutations or single nucleotide polymorphisms.
They cause our cells to make proteins with small errors.
Some mistakes do not change the protein at all, but other mistakes can make the protein work better or worse.
For example, one mutation might slow down how fast the body breaks down adrenaline, a chemical that helps us react to danger. This change can make the "fight or flight" response too strong, which might affect stress, mood, sleep, and gut health.
Another example is a mutation that can make it hard for the body to absorb Vitamin B12 from food. Without enough B12, many parts of the body might not work as well.
Personalized medicine is when and individual’s genetic data (genome) is used to guide decisions made in regard to the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of disease. This can be anything from the type of medication, the dosage of the medication, and the overall response to a medication.
Precision medicine is an emerging approach for disease treatment and prevention that takes into account individual variability in genes, environment, and lifestyle for each person. This approach will allow doctors and researchers to predict more accurately which treatment and prevention strategies for a particular disease will work in which groups of people.
Dr. Panzner earned a bachelor's in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of South Florida and a Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Pharmacology from Stony Brook University. This makes him an expert in how cells function and how substances (drugs, vitamins, supplements) affect cell behavior. He has conducted academic research in labs covering mood disorders, neurodegeneration, stem cells, breast cancer, and HIV.
Dr. Panzner's approach looks at genetics in a deeper fashion than others.
In addition, his background in Pharmacology allows me to understand supplements better than others in the space, as it's his core area of expertise.
This allows him to ensure that any supplements not only help the most gene mutations, but also don't clash with any others.
He also requires an hour long zoom call with every client to really make sure you have a firm understanding of your genetics and the protocol we build together.

Dr. Panzner believes this more hands on approach results in much higher clients success rates.
No, we work with clients globally. DNA kits can be shipped to most countries throughout the world, but clients from anywhere in the world can provide genetic data for us to do our analysis and coaching programs.
DNA kits can NOT be shipped to the following countries due to customs regulations:
Afghanistan, Albania, Antarctica, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Burundi, Chile, Crimea Region of Ukraine, Cuba, Eritrea, India, Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Mali, Myanmar, North Korea, Macedonia, Russia, Serbia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.
Every biological process is conducted ultimately by our cells. Considering that any gene is capable of being mutated (a single gene is often mutated in thousands of locations), all health issues are affected by genetics. So the question to ask isn’t IF genetics contributing, it’s HOW MUCH are they contributing? Your genetics may not solely be causing your health issues, but they can absolutely be pushing your cells over the edge in conjunction with poor lifestyle choices (which are also affected by genetics).
We focus on mutations that are not only common in the general population, but can also be supported through natural means. Knowing this, we are confident we can help anyone feel significantly better since we are optimizing cellular health from the molecular level upwards.
DNA kits arrive at your door within a few days of placing your order. Except about a 3 week turnaround time from when you mail back your DNA sample until you have your zoom consult with me.
Absolutely. We work to get people off of unnecessary medications based on generic protocols and onto natural alternative custom tailored to your unique biology. Being on medication does not affect the DNA sample given and we pay special attention to not make any recommendations that will clash with medications.
Yes, many clients have been successfully reimbursed through HSA/FSA. If you’re interested in exploring this route, please email [email protected] and we can send you a custom invoice for reimbursement.
Yes. We work to make human cells work their best. So whether you’re 2 years old, or 90 years old, our analysis process stays the same. We do of course adjust the number of products in a protocol, dosing, and from (liquids vs. pills) depending on the age of the client.
Dr. Panzner requires an in depth DNA analysis to work with all clients. He also encourages recent bloodwork prior to meeting, although it’s not required. Additional labs or bloodwork can be added to the onboarding form after check out.
Yes. Dr. Panzner’s entire process relies on the crucial health information that can only be obtained through genetic testing. We provide DNA kits when purchasing a 1 on 1 Deep Dive Genetic Analysis.
Yes, the genetic testing is highly accurate. Testing has shown 99.97% accuracy on average.

Dr. Panzner is a specialist in genetics, which affect every aspect of health. Thus, he is able to give support to a wide variety of issues. He firmly believes he can help anyone feel better through proper DNA education and guidance.
I have spent over a decade mastering the art of not only understanding cell biology, but also how vitamins, supplements, drugs, and lifestyle affect cell biology; and ultimately your health and disease status.
